Tomah Property Management, LLC and affiliate companies have been locally owned since 1985. Tomah Lumber has been building and managing apartments for the past 25 years. In 2011, to better serve all of our customers, it was decided to separate the property management portion of Tomah Lumber's business. With this move, we were able to continue to provide the highest quality housing at the best value in the Tomah Area.
Our housing inventory includes numerous two and three bedroom duplexes and townhouses in the Tomah area. All of these units have been designed and built by Tomah Lumber, ensuring the highest quality construction available. Standard features include: 1 car garage, high efficient gas heat, central air-conditioning, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and lawn maintenance. In addition to these features, we are constantly striving to provide the best maintenance service available.
We are conveniently located on the north side of Tomah at 1214 Mark Ave. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm, with emergency after hour contacts available. We look forward to helping you with finding Tomah’s best value in housing!
